As an industry leader and innovator, Bail USA will be making improvements to our ability to better serve our bail agents and work with your state bail agent associations. The changes are simple and augment the already great service that you have come to know from our team.

With the economic crunch seen nationwide and its effect on the bail industry, we want to be able to keep a watchful eye on the bail industry and alert you to anything that may have an adverse effect on our future. We acknowledge that we cannot effectively do this with only one office in the Eastern United States. Therefore, we divided the country into four regions.

Dividing the country into regions allows bail agents who are geographically close to one another to share their best practices within the Bail USA family. The goal in establishing these best practices is improving our market share in those regions. To accomplish this goal and help put in place a system of best practices created by you, for you and shared through us, I have hired additional Regional Support Coordinators for each of the regions.

The Regional Support Coordinators will work directly with me, and essentially allow me to more closely work with our bail agents. They are knowledgeable, professional, responsible and transparent in their roles as Regional Support Coordinators. Some of the services which our Regional Coordinators are anticipated to provide are:

Just like our staff in Greenville, PA, the Regional Support Coordinators will be trained in the “Bail USA Way”. They understand that all of our bail agents are the foundation upon which we base our success. The Regional Support Coordinators will always respect your opinion and strive to help you better your profession.

In bettering this profession and continuing to be an industry leader, we will occasionally add more quality bail agents. If the Regional Support Coordinators are interested in working with a person who
they think is a quality bail agent, you should expect that they will consult you for your opinion of the potential bail agent. We only want quality, in being able to meet our desire we must rely on our best tool in gauging quality, our current bail agents.

In addition to the Regional Support Coordinators, I have employed Nicholas Wachinski as our General Counsel. In addition to his internal role as attorney for Bail USA, Nick will use his experience in the legal and political realms to help any of our bail agents who ask for his assistance.

If your local association needs support or counsel on legislative matters and you seek our help for that support, Nick will be available. He can be available to help you make decisions whether new bail law should be created, to advise on legislative language and advise on strategic advantages to organizing your state associations.

Our staff at the main office of Bail USA is always here for you. We trust that these additions to our team will prove to be another benefit that you may reap.
